Storage & Care Information


Please use the following guide to ensure proper storage and the best consumption conditions for your products.

Tea Cakes

All cakes are best consumed at room temperature (approx. 22°C to 25°C) to ensure the best flavour and texture. 

Store your cake in an air conditioned room, if not consumed immediately.

Leftover cake can be stored in the refrigerator for upto 7 days in an airtight container.

Our apple cinnamon crumble cake and the strawberry almond cake need to be consumed the same day. 

All cakes with icing need to be refrigerated until served. 

Desserts

All desserts need to be refrigerated until served. 

Leftover dessert can be stored in the refrigerator for upto 3 days in an airtight container.

Cupcakes

Cupcakes are best consumed at room temperature (approx. 22°C to 25°C).

Store cupcakes in an air conditioned room, if not consumed immediately.

Leftover cupcakes can be stored in the refrigerator for upto 7 days in an airtight container. 

All cupcakes with icing and/or frosting need to be refrigerated until served.

 Brownies

Brownies are best consumed at room temperature (approx. 22°C to 25°C) and can be stored at room temperature for up to 3 days or in the refrigerator for upto 7 days, either in an airtight container or by wrapping the box in cling film.

Cookies

Cookies must be consumed at room temperature (approx. 22°C to 25°C) and can be stored in an airtight container, in a cool, dry place for upto 15 days.

 

Granola and Granola Bars

Granola products must be consumed at room temperature (approx. 22°C to 25°C) and can be stored in an airtight container, in a cool, dry place for upto 15 days. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container if you wish to increase the shelf life for over 15 days, and retain freshness of the product.
